I've just put up loads new photos on the flickr site, (though they are slightly mixed up between snow in Oxford and the heat of Chakwal...)

Oh George, I can't imagine having to cook in that kitchen, although I've seen its equal in Africa!! I admire your determination and resourcefulness ... did you have cleaning materials??? We are about to depart for the Lake District until Saturday, so I shall study your photos with interest and suitable application when we get back. In 2008 I was in Pakistan for a year with VSO's Youth for Development Programme. I caught the VSO bug so returned with them to Kolkata, working for an organisation called the Association of Women with Disabilities.
